In addition to the prices quoted, we charge €4.99 incl. VAT per order for delivery within Austria. Shipping costs are waived for purchases over €100.00 incl. VAT. Delivery by post usually takes between 5 and 7 working days, but in exceptional cases may take up to 14 days.
European Union

Delivery by mail usually takes between 5 and 7 working days, but in exceptional cases may take up to 14 days.
Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge €20.00 per order for delivery to these countries. Shipping costs are waived for purchases over €150.00. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and again on the order page. Shipping is duty paid. Delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days.
United States of America, Canada
Orders within North America are shipped from our warehouse in Alexandria, VA. In addition to the prices listed, we charge $10.00 per order for shipping. Shipping is free for orders over $100.00. The shipping costs will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page. Delivery by mail usually takes between 5 and 7 business days, but in exceptional cases may take up to 14 days.
Worldwide
Outside the above-mentioned regions, we charge a flat rate of €20.00 per order, or shipping costs outside the named regions are waived for purchases over €200.00. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and again on the order page. Delivery time is between 10 and 15 business days.
