Returns

You may cancel your order within two weeks without giving a reason, either in writing or by returning the goods, provided that they are unused. This period begins upon receipt of the goods, unless an exception has been agreed upon (e.g., birthday gifts). The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, unless the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly.

In the event of a cancellation, you are required to return the received goods. Please enclose the original invoice or a note with the order number and inform us whether you would like to exchange the goods for a different size or if you would like a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
