Returns

You may cancel your order within two weeks without giving reasons in writing or by returning the goods, provided that the goods are unused. The period begins upon receipt of the goods, unless another period has been agreed in exceptional cases (e.g. birthday gifts). The shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective or have been delivered incorrectly.

In the event of cancellation, you are obliged to return the goods received. Please enclose the original invoice or a note with the order number of the goods and inform us in writing whether you wish to exchange the goods for a different size or whether we should refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
