All parcels are then sent to the contact person of your club or team. We offer a Size Guarantee<\/strong> during the first club order window<\/strong> for items without customization<\/strong> (e.g. without a name print).<\/em><\/p>\n

If you are unsure about sizing, simply click the “Customer Service”<\/strong> button before placing your order. Our EVUPRE Customer Service team will be happy to advise you and help you choose the right size.<\/em><\/p>\n

If, despite following our sizing advice, a non-customized<\/strong> item does not fit, we will reproduce the item in your required size at no additional cost.<\/em><\/p>\n

Please note that this Size Guarantee does not<\/strong> apply to customized items (e.g. items with a name print). Yes, you can add items from the EVUPRE webshop, such as rowing gloves, to your club order at any time. They will be delivered together with your club order.<\/em><\/p>\n

    If you are interested in ordering a standard-sized item, which is cut the same as the sample pieces at your club, select the same options for size and length. If the standard size fits you well in the width but is too short or long, choose a different length.<\/p>\n

    Example: If you are tall and slim, you could order your shirt in Size M and Length L. This way, you will a receive a shirt that is as wide as M, but its arms and body are as long as a standard L.<\/p>\n
