Tobias
Co-Founder and Managing Director of EVUPRETobias put his vision of rowing gloves into practice while still a national team rower. The rest is history. Tobias studied in London and Lund, Sweden, and lived in Copenhagen for nine years, where he developed a soft spot for Nordic design. As a passionate rower and sailor, he knows how to protect himself from wind and weather and uses his sense of what rowers need.
Martin
Co-Founder and Managing Director of EVUPREMartin was the first tester of the rowing gloves as part of the national team and has been in the same boat as Tobias ever since. Martin has a PhD in economics and ten years of experience as a management consultant and is therefore responsible for all commercial issues and international expansion. As a true Viennese, he is closely connected to the Old Danube, although his career and studies have taken him from Hong Kong to Singapore and San Francisco.
Florian
Enthusiastic product developer and designerFlorian developed a passion for rowing late in life, but design is in his blood. At EVUPRE he can combine both and is in charge of the Essentials and Pro collections. Florian has given many rowing clubs a new robe. He has won numerous awards with his work; Florian rows in Ottensheim near Linz or in Vienna.
Thomas P
Designer by conviction and with an eye for detailThomas is our man for CLUBS by Evupre and is responsible for outfitting clubs and national teams with contemporary rowing apparel. His combination of Japanese tradition with a modern design for the 2020 Olympic team in Tokyo has caused quite a stir – and may even have spurred top rower Magdalena Lobnig on her way to a medal.
Tim
Designer and rowing veteranTim is a friend from his youth who has celebrated numerous successes as a rowing coach. One thing he can do even better than coaching rowers is to give our appearance the style to match. Tim has interpreted the rowing gloves in a modern way and designed the Tampere collection … and with his graphic flair he still has a lot in store for EVUPRE!
Klara
Cox of the media and advertising activitiesIt is thanks to her that EVUPRE’s market presence is improving blow by blow. Living in Amsterdam and making her way through the canals her way through the canals every day, she thinks miles ahead and develops marketing strategies that she implements straight away. Besides rowing, Klara has a passion for film and media, which has led her from beautiful Mondsee to the wider world.
Silke
Master of communicationSilke always has the right words at the ready and therefore significantly drives marketing and communication forward at a high rate. Those who receive mail from Silke in the form of our newsletter can consider themselves lucky. Silke lives in Berlin and never misses an opportunity to top her rowing kilometers on the Brandenburg lakes or the Spree.

Webmaster and online guruBernhard makes sure that the website, the store and everything around work flawlessly. As a loyal companion, Bernhard also has deep insights into the company’s development and is always an asset as a source of ideas for innovations. Bernhard knows rowing from the observer role from his racing bike when he cycles up and down the New Danube.

Photographer and aestheteFor years, we have been relying on Julius’ talent to set the right scene for EVUPRE by means of pictures and video. As a friend from former rowing days and former national team rower, he knows the sport and the Austrian lakes and rivers inside out and knows how to find the perfect backdrop. Julius comes from the beautiful Wachau region – yes, in paradise the passion for photography thrives!
Johanna
Customer serviceJohanna is not only an experienced rower and coach who likes to spend her free time in one of the most beautiful rowing clubs in Vienna. She is also the one who helps our customers with questions and problems. And not only competently and pragmatically, but also with a smile. Johanna is also happy to help with questions about rowing technique, sports science or nutrition, if you ask her nicely.
