We are very pleased that the beautiful collection of BIAC is now available here on this page! EVUPRE is a rowing apparel company based in Vienna, Austria. Several National Rowing Teams and clubs around the world have been using our high-performance rowing clothes, made in Europe. We carefully choose our textiles and develop our products in close cooperation with world class athletes.

The shopping window indicates up to which date we collect your orders. Production starts on the day after the shopping window closes. Make sure you place your order in time to receive your items with the next bulk order. Shopping windows can open again any time in accordance with your club.

What distinguishes CLUBS by EVUPRE?

We use high-quality fabrics which are functional, breathable, and stretchy. The racewear is lightweight, quick-drying and well ventilated. There are different fits for men and women: Women’s clothing is more tailored, the straps are cut to fit (e.g., more shoulder room on the back of the racer). All items have a sporty character as the design is created by sublimation printing. You can find more detailed product descriptions when you click on an item.

The item images are schematic representations. The design of the finished garments may differ slightly from the pictures.

Rowing Kit

CLUBS by EVUPRE sizes represent Central European standards. So, if you usually wear a US-sized medium T-shirt, it might be better to order a size large from the CLUBS by EVUPRE range, as all articles are cut close to the body and made for rowing.

All items for the club collection are made with stretchy fabrics in order to fit more comfortably. Our size models are women and men from local rowing clubs and the Austrian Rowing Team. This means that the sizing is made for athletes. If you prefer to wear your outfit a bit more relaxed, we recommend to choose a size larger than usual.

Most of our articles are customizable in SIZE and LENGTH. You can build your own size by choosing a different size or length. E.g. If you are an athletic person with a long upper body, choose your usual SIZE but go one size up in LENGTH.

Cycling Kit – size up!

Following your last order, we received valuable feedback that our cycling kit is cut on the small side, especially compared to the rowing items. For this reason, we recommend choosing one size larger than you are ordering for your rowing kit. The fit and sizing of the pieces itself will remain the same – if you have tried on a Medium Bike Jersey from a befriended club member and liked the fit, order Medium!

General Information

Since each club order is a special production, a normal exchange is not possible and should be regulated internally.

PRICES, CUSTOM TAX, DISCOUNTS, etc.

The prices include all costs, custom tax, and shipping fees. You don’t have to expect any additional costs once you paid for your order. If you have a discount code, please use it at the checkout.

Shipping

Once the shopping window closes, production starts and takes approximately 6 – 8 weeks. In urgent cases, we can arrange quicker delivery with your club. After a final inhouse check, we send the bulk order to your club where you can pick it up.

Shipping time

Regular delivery takes 6 weeks after the bulk order date has passed.

Where will the order be delivered to?

The order will be delivered to the shipping address or to the club – you can select the option at checkout.

Return policy

Since your collection is custom made and the design unique, club kit orders can’t be returned unless in case of false delivery. We recommend swapping sizes with your fellow club members if possible. We also recommend clubs to buy a small stock for new club members/size exchange if needed.

Are there any hidden costs included in the design process?

There are no additional/hidden costs in the design nor order process. The product prices include all design service.

Is it possible to personalize items (e.g. name)?

Not possible now.

Is it possible to purchase other EVUPRE items together with my EVUPRE CLUBS apparel?

Certainly. Feel free to visit our regular shop or simply add items from the ‘related items’ section.
