The Pro Longsleeve Gifu Men is made from an ultra-light (140 g/m²) tech fiber composed of recycled polyester. Its fast-drying fabric makes it perfect for layering – great for wearing underneath or over other garments. Flat seams ensure a comfortable fit against the skin, feeling almost weightless, while raglan sleeves provide freedom of movement for the shoulders during the drive and finish. The Pro Longsleeve Gifu Men combines elegance with sporty style.

Design

Gifu 2005 was a legendary World Championship, the first held in Asia. It featured thrilling photo finishes, like the Slovenian M2x or the German LW2x, and showcased flawless organization at the Nagaragawa regatta course, less than three hours west of Tokyo by Shinkansen. Beyond the races, Japan’s design influence is equally captivating, drawing from calligraphy, manga, and the post-war Bauhaus style. Our interpretation is a bold high-visibility design that stands out amidst Tokyo’s chaos but retains a sophisticated edge.

Fit

The long sleeve is available in a slim fit. Elegant flat seams ensure high wearing comfort while delivering a sporty and stylish look. The back panel is cut 3 cm longer than the front to protect the lower back, even in a fully extended rowing position.
