Rowing gloves – since 2005

We have been designing and producing gloves made for the needs of rowing athletes for more than 15 years. Our gloves have the perfect ergonomic shape to provide ideal comfort and grip. We use the most durable materials to prevent blisters and wounds on the palm and fingers. Breathable mesh material on the back of the hands for the summer models and a warming textile for the cold season gloves.

The ROWTEX Rowing Gloves are one part of the EVUPRE brand. In fact, the gloves have been here longer than the rest of our rowing apparel. DISCOVER more about our story.

Throughout the long and meticulous developing process, we have come up with an ideally curved shape of the gloves. This guarantees for the perfect grip without any folds on the palm of the hand disturbing the feel for the balance of the boat.

For the summer models, we use a breathable mesh material on the back of the hand. A microfleece used in our winter models keeps you warm during the colder season.

ROWTEX Rowing Gloves Models

We have developed different models to fit your needs of protection: strong or light padding on the palm of the hand, warm or airy textile on the back of the hand.

• Light Protection LP: a single layer of Clarino artificial leather protects your palm well enough while keeping the maximum level of control of the oar and grip. The LP comes with an airy mesh on the back of the hand for the hot rowing season. The LP+ has the same level of protection on the inner side plus a warm textile on the back of the hand for the colder season.

• Strong Protection SP: compared to the LP model, we added padding on the most sensitive spots on the palm of the hand and fingers for a strong level of protection against blisters. The SP comes with an airy mesh on the back of the hand for the hot rowing season. The SP+ has the same level of protection on the inner side plus a warm textile on the back of the hand for the colder season.

A firm grip is especially important in Coastal Rowing. When waves break and water washes over your hands, ROWTEX Rowing Gloves give you an extra firm hold on the grip.
